Andre began working at Urban Peak in January 2020 as an Outreach Case Manager out of the Drop-In Center downtown and has served in several outreach roles since then.

Andre assumed his current role as the director of resources and outreach in January 2025, wherein he oversees all resources and street outreach programs which often serve as youths’ first touchpoint with Urban Peak.

Andre’s background includes supporting youth ages 7-19 in residential facilities, including Denver Children's Home and Mount St. Vincent Home. Through this work and his time spent mentoring youth at summer camps, he has developed a deep understanding of trauma-informed care, youth development and therapeutic support in various environments.
