Katie Li joined Urban Peak in November 2015. She has assumed various roles in the organization, starting out as a housing case manager in 2015 before eventually being promoted to housing supervisor in 2018 and finally, assuming her role as director of housing in the summer of 2023.

Prior to joining the Urban Peak team, Katie worked in various non-profits utilizing her clinical background. Katie holds a master's degree in clinical mental health from Regis University.
