Marnie Cooke joined the Urban Peak team in February 2024 as the director of development. Having worked in the nonprofit, for-profit and public sectors, Marnie is eager to apply her expertise in development, strategy and project management at Urban Peak.

Most recently, Marnie served as a liaison to high net-worth individuals supporting financial reporting and philanthropy. Prior to that, she led a successful Denver charter school where she oversaw all development, financial and operational functions. She holds a master’s degree in education from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
