November 2024 Partner Highlight - Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti

               Cory Rutz, board member extraordinaire!

Urban Peak’s work is complicated, which is why we are grateful to know we can always rely on the support and expertise of our partner organizations like Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti. Since we began working together in 1996, Otten Johnson has plugged in in all kinds of different ways. They generously sponsor our fundraiser event every year, frequently come out to volunteer (they love to serve breakfast!), and provide pro bono legal work which saves thousands of dollars every year, allowing us to redirect it to the youth we serve. Additionally, Otten Johnson employees get to pick a nonprofit to donate to during the holidays, and Urban Peak has won several times. 😊

Their commitment includes having employees serve on Urban Peak’s Board of Directors, with special thanks to Cory Rutz, a dedicated board member since 2019. Even before she joined the board, Cory was a fierce advocate for our youth and immensely helpful in navigating the complicated legal groundwork that was necessary to build The Mothership. She is extremely knowledgeable and the first person we call for all things legal, related to building and property contracts. Cory and her colleagues are amazing people and always jump at the chance to support us, and we could not be more grateful for their partnership. Thank you, Cory and everyone in the Otten Johnson family!
